SHENYANG SHENHAI EAST TRADE WAREHOUSE

Located in Dadong District of Shenyang, the project is an old reconstruction project that uses the old buildings of the industrial architectural heritage “East trade warehouse” and “Shenhai thermal power plant” to transform. The original intention of this project is to protect the traces and stories of these historical buildings, build them into a new high-end emotional community and become a new business card of industrial and cultural heritage in Dadong District. Founded in 1950, Dongmao library was awarded the title of “China Time-honored Brand” by the Ministry of trade in 1993. It is a unique historical texture of Shenyang and carries the urban memory of different ages. Today, the project has the geographical advantage of connecting the inner ring road and the second ring road. At the same time, it is close to Shenyang east railway station. In the future, it will drive the urban renewal of Dadong District and become a new landmark leading the urban culture of Dadong District.
