SHANGHAI JIUGUANG CENTER

As a commercial complex, Jiuguang center takes the design policy of “whirlwind to stimulate regional vitality” to build itself into a comprehensive activity center and effectively enhance the regional brand value. Inspired by the oriental “origami” and ink art, we used parametric facade design to create an iconic building form integrated with building technical requirements such as air intake and exhaust system. These characteristics reshaped the relationship of new age large scale commercial complex and the city.
