CIFI CENTER TOD PARK ( DEMONSTRATION AREA )

The project is located in Wansheng Metro Station, Wenjiang District, Chengdu, which is a 1/16 TOD demonstration area in Chengdu. Compared with other TOD stations, it is located in the westernmost part of Chengdu, in a relatively mature surrounding area. It is the first urban upgrade in the west of Chengdu. TOD (Old Town Ascension). We take the demonstration and advanced nature of the 1/16 TOD station-city integrated urban development as our vision, and think about the forward-looking construction of the TOD station-city in the future; increase the activity and stickiness of urban public space, and realize the vitality of the new city; protect the ecological potential of the city Sustainability, turning green in the city into a green city.
