XINGHUA ROAD CORNER PARK OF QUZHOU LIXIAN FUTURE COMMUNITY (EXHIBITION CENTER)

Xinghua Road Corner Park is located at the utmost south of Quzhou Lixian Future Community. There is an existing life community in the neighborhood, which creates profound life atmosphere and is a street Greenland of rest and stay for the residents. However, the plot is narrow and in water drop shape. However, it is surrounded by roads on three sides, which makes the access to and safety of it troublesome. On the other hand, the corresponding service facilities are in shortage according to the residence volume in the neighborhood. As a result, the design focuses on reconciling the paradox of limited land area. It aims to create a public, open and close to nature site at the intersection of new and old communities, thus to shape a more perfect neighborhood ecology.
