SHANGHAI NANXIANG INCITY MEGA

Shanghai Nanxiang InCity Mega is located in Nanxiang, Jiading, Shanghai, Commercial construction area of 190,000 m2. The project takes the experience center rather than the shopping center as the starting point, and proposes the product concept of creating a one-day micro-resort in the Yangtze River Delta region. The designer divided the shopping center into three theme areas: dancing atrium, singing atrium and habitat atrium, respectively corresponding to leisure sports . education and entertainment. The habitat atrium’s creative approach to bringing botanical garden into the mall has become the highlight of the project and successfully helped the project achieve LEED Platinum certification. Three different theme zones solve the problem of cold zones and high zones due to oversized volumes, in order to achieve the goal of maximizing the value of every square meter of property.
