It faces Qingjiang Shanshui residential area in the east, Wuxian Railway in the south, Linwailu, Yundingfeng and Predicate City in the west, and Nanhu Avenue in the north. It is 8km away from the central city of Wuchang, close to Nanhu Lake, Tangxun Lake, and Optics Valley Software Park. It is located in the school district and has obvious geographical advantages. There are abundant natural and human resources to facilitate urban life and land value potential. The project covers an area of about 160,000 square meters, with a construction area of more than 400,000 square meters and a floor area ratio of 2.11. The height difference of the site is about 13 meters, and there are pipes and culverts running through it. The design needs to consider terrain hiding.
