The project is located in the diversified high-quality residential area in the core area of the old city. We hope that by interweaving modern and traditional techniques to fit the unique attributes of the site, we can mend the lack of urban context and give the city the spirit of the place of memory. The overall design starts from the city. The overall pattern of the combination of points and slab-type apartment building along the Tieshahe River maximizes the utilization of landscape resources, which forms a friendly concession to the surrounding residential buildings while forming a continuous and rhythmic city skyline.
