POLY JINTING BAY TOURIST CENTER, SHANWEI

This project, located in Jinding Bay, Shanwei City of Guangdong Province off the South Pacific Ocean, sits high above quality sand beaches with a superior sea view. The architectural landscape and the interior are integrated under the idea of “transforming from an exclusive superior sea view to a public ocean stage”. Under this premise, the project turns the disadvantage into the advantage, optimizes the complete coastline landscape with height difference and creates an art window of tourism residences that echoes nature, connects to the sea, and melts with culture.
