THE SPRING BLOSSOM

The project is located in the north of Qingshan Lake tourist resort in Lin’an, Zhejiang Province. It is only 40 kilometers away from the West Lake in Hangzhou in the East. Surrounded by mountains and lush forests, it has unique landscape resources and ecological environment. The total land area of the project is about 30000 square meters. The current base mainly consists of flat land, gentle land and hills. It is composed of 15 overground two-story townhouse Chinese style residential buildings. The distance between each building is more than 10 meters from north to south. The distance between East and West meets the requirements of fire separation. Each group communicates with the community road through the group road. The residential units are all in the courtyard layout of the front courtyard and rear courtyard, and the indoor space is organized around the inner courtyard and garden.
