HUANGSHI SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION CENTER

As the first project of the Huangshi Industrial Cluster Innovation Zone, under the background of high-speed industrial development oriented turning to high-quality development oriented, it plays an important strategic role in revitalizing the manufacturing industry by improving the industrial value chain. The project is located north of Aoti Avenue and east of Baihua Road. The total construction area is about 190,000㎡, and its functions include the R&D(Research&Development) office, garden office, exhibition centre and complete living facilities. Combined with urban planning, the green axis of the ecological landscape is introduced and penetrated with the theme of “growth and transformation, linking to the future”, the walk is designed to grow freely like plants and extends to each block to form an open and communication space in the appropriate scale. The facade of the building also echoes the concept of “growth”, to create an eco-friendly, innovative and sharing office park.
