TIAN JUN (EXHIBITION CENTER)

The project breaks the horizontal and horizontal layout of the traditional demonstration area and adopts a vertical narrative system. Different from the horizontal and horizontal development of the traditional demonstration area, the project adopts a vertical narrative system of above-ground lobby, sunken courtyard, and underground clubhouse under the constraints of the initial stage. From horizontal to vertical, the gardens are stacked in every square inch, showing the feelings of Chinese gardens. The building of the sales office floats on the water, and the floor-to-ceiling glass and reflections form a sparkling sense of transparency. The overhanging eaves of each layer are treated with folded surfaces, which makes the shape clean, concise and full of changes, and at the same time strengthens the stretchability of the main body of the building.
