SUHE CENTRE is part of the Suhewan East District Urban Complex Project, which is located in the core of the Suhewan project area in Jing’an District, Shanghai. In addition to the luxury residential project Runfu, there are also two independent headquarter buildings, a headquarter tower and a small number of commercial facilities. The open community enables the harmonious integration of functions that were originally unrelated, enriches the interface within the plot, strengthens the interaction between people, and provides a wider public communication space. The facade of the residential buildings adopts a three-stage structure, and at the same time adopts a modern and simple design method, emphasizing vertical lines and highlighting the vertical force of the building. The public building creates a comparison of solid and empty on the facade through the difference in the color of the curtain wall glasses and the size and form of the curtain wall components.
