THE GLADIOLUS

The project is located in the “Golden Triangle” of the famous Luohu business district in Shenzhen, and in the first-class radiation area of Diwang business district in the central urban area of Luohu. It coincides with the overall planning of the renewal of the city surrounded by Caiwu, which makes this expensive land rejuvenate. Jianlan County in Shenzhen consists of a 31 storey residential building in blocks a and B, and it is also the only pure residential plot next to Jingji 100. Violet is selected as the design concept for the whole building, that is, it is for the consideration of the architectural form and for the dark harmony and interpretation of the project brand. The veins, petals, calyx and leaves of flowers are recombined to form a new architectural language.
