SUNAC RISE CITY (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project was a tod community built on a subway cover. For a tod community park that focuses on young visitors, prior to the design of form, space and function, we are more concerned about its spiritual core, that is, the sense of experience and participation of people. We start with the needs of young people, carefully plan the circulation, and extend the outdoor function of the building’s overhead floors, combined with the characteristics of the height difference of the site, to create a TOD three-dimensional composite landscape, lead the crowd to the outdoors, return to the true nature of nature, and release the site The vitality and vitality.
