SHENZHEN Q-PLEX

Located at the core area of Overseas Chinese Town (OCT) in NanShan District, Q_PLEX plays the role of an upgrade in the east industrial zone of OCT. By re-defining, re-designing and re-developing part of the industrial buildings, the complex which covers an area of over 350,000 sqm presents a variety of distinctive spaces to fit contemporary work and lifestyles in the post-industrial era, creating a new urban industrial base that integrates “creativity, design and art”. There are 12 independent buildings in the Q-PLEX Park, including such main functions as industrial spaces, apartments, commerce and other supporting facilities. Among them, the apartments are super high-rise buildings, and the industrial spaces are planned into separate multi-floor, high-rise and super high-rise buildings.
