ORIENTAL ONE

The project is located in a complex area of Jing’an District, where the new and the old are mixed. The surrounding buildings have great restrictions on the sunshine and spacing of the project. According to the site boundary, the design forms two main planning axes composed of ten towers，the V-shaped tower also coincides with the oblique base of the north and south. The original double cross structure system of the tower has constructed a unique corner overhang and internal columnless space, and also naturally generated the distinctive appearance characteristics of the tower.
