SUZHOU JOY BREEZE

Suzhou Joy Breeze, is one of the 5 projects in collaboration with Grand Joy City, formerly known as COFCO, and is the first flagship mall of the Joy Breeze brand line. The project is located in the center of Suzhou’s Xiangcheng district a busy central and residential area close to the entrance of the city’s planned future central park, spanning a total GFA of 330,000 m².
The design considers customers’ needs for relaxation, fashion, comfort, and quality, as well as convenience and quality of life. Built on an architectural model of ‘park + neighbourhood + box’, it includes retail, dining, lifestyle, services, leisure, entertainment, social and family-oriented spaces. It is committed to creating a centre where nature, culture and commerce blend together.
