QINGDAO IBC

Qingdao IBC will be an international, mixed-use development that will be a part of the core of the Jinjialing new financial area. The project consists of two towers with podium levels that offer connections. Intended to be a high-value, regional and cultural landmark in the city, the project consists of Class-A office space, luxury five-star hotels, and retail space. Our project directly connects to and forges a strong relationship with a large plaza to the south of the site, which will be a key gathering place and host an annual beer festival. The design for the facades, interiors, and landscaping all express a unique cultural spirit. The design for Qingdao IBC focuses on creating a high-end complex and future urban center that reinforces overall aesthetic uniformity, spatial continuity, and strong internal and external connections.
