HORIZON DOMINION

The project is a product of the Tianqin Series, the TOP series of Guomao Real Estate, located in the CBD on the north bank of the Minjiang River, and is also one of the first 3D ecological residences in Fuzhou. The project consists of 238 and 268m2 area sections, with a total of 180 units. The design takes the “hanging garden” as the soul, integrating “garden” into the architecture and creating a “fourth-generation residence” vertical green courtyard, with gardens staggered between households and the residence is wrapped by the greening system, to meet urbanites’ pursuit of poetic living. The façade is inspired by the water patterns of the Minjiang River, combined with the “keyboard style” vocabulary, and the horizontal lines are given fluidity due to the integration of curves, which fully reflects the contemporary design language and exquisite craftsmanship.
