The project is located in the heart of the South Riverside Landscape Belt (Phase I), Rui’an, with Feiyun West Road on the west and the bank of Feiyun River on the east. It is about 4 kilometers away from the downtown and 3 kilometers away from the high-speed railway station, facing the Old Bund across the river. We boldly adopted the cutting design techniques of triangular diamond to create our first building along the South River, in a way like polishing a diamond. The boundary between roof and wall is eliminated. Instead of viewing the building as a separate object, we broke the stereotyped image of conventional architecture and endowed the building with simple yet dynamic lines. In this way, the building continues the flowing rhythm of the Feiyun River, perfectly integrating into the whole South Riverside Landscape Belt.
