Changsha The Carema project is located in the Yueliangdao area of Wangcheng District, Changsha City, with a total construction area of approximately 474,000 square meters and a comprehensive plot ratio of R=1.78. The total construction area of the project marketing center is approximately 5,100 square meters, which will be used as a permanent building for commercial, property, and club use in the later stage. The sales office will be independently designed based on the project’s own properties and site conditions. The marketing center is located next to Xiaoxiang North Road, adjacent to Yinxingwan Park on the east side. It is open to the urban interface and can also borrow from the Jingxiang River. The entire marketing center design takes “water” as an important design element, shaping people’s experience in it with a pure spatial pattern and transparent and open vision.
