HONOR MAINSTAYS (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project takes Qingyan Garden as the blueprint, Hefang Academy as the reference, and takes “Academy” as the theme to build the garden scenery. The elements such as folding bridge, connecting corridor and square pool are put in to create ten landscape scenes, multiple courtyards and progressive layers. At the same time, combining with the local canal culture, it inherits the minimalist aesthetic style of Song Dynasty in the traditional Chinese culture, and reproduces the elegance of Song style by the ancient Yellow River with simple and concise techniques.
