Changchun Tractor Factory once occupied an important position in the industrial history of Changchun and even New China. However, with the continuous progress of history, Changchun Tractor Factory declared bankruptcy in 2006. For more than ten years after that, the factory buildings and surrounding areas have been abandoned. In 2020, with the launch of the Long Haul Old Building Renovation Plan, historical buildings will also start to rejuvenate.
