The site is located on a slope next to an intersection, and the space of about 13,000 square meters includes a sales area and part of the future living area. About 5,000㎡ near the L-shaped street corner is outside the red line, separating the site from the land use attribute, which led us to the idea of making the area outside the red line into a pocket park as a public space for more people. The design attempts to use two spaces with completely different temperaments to interpret the modern oriental aesthetic charm at the same time, while retaining the composition core of oriental tradition, it transitions from the orderly and restrained courtyard space to the wild and natural pocket park, so as to realize the transition and transformation of space, one static and one movement, internal and external linkage, and connect the site.
