1 CORPORATE AVENUE

Located in the central of the city, Wuhan 1 CORPORATE AVENUE is the tallest office tower in Hubei Province, with its 180,000 sqm building volume and landmark height of approximately 376m, it is a new skyline of Wuhan and a new city cover while fulfilling the diverse space needs of enterprises. The building is inspired by the shape of a ship on the Yangtze River, and the tower’s facade reflects the innovative interpretation of traditional Chinese decorative elements through modern art techniques. At the same time, as the first high-rise office building in Hubei province to be certified as carbon neutral and WELL Health Building Standard Gold, it has successfully created a new paradigm of a healthy human-centred office environment.
