Shanghai Songjiang Incity is located in northeast of the intersection of Guangfulin Road and Renmin North Road, invested by Yinli Group and Singapore Government Investment Corporation, which is the third commercial real estate cooperation projects after GIC and Yinli’s cooperation of Qibao Vanke Plaza and Nanxiang Incity MEGA.
