THE FIRST PHASE OF JINDI WENZHOU RUIAN FEIYUN RIVER SOUTH BANK PROJECT (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is located on the Feiyun River, a core node of the new Rui’an Bund with a cosmopolitan feel. There are docks and old streets in the vicinity that hold countless memories of the local area. Through landscape design, we have performed a vivid and gorgeous riverfront life show here, attracting people with the most vital gesture. In the process of injecting fresh energy into the site, the cultural spirit of the old town is also preserved and given life to the space. The three themes of “Passing, Time, and Fun” are used to link the entire venue. Focus on the change of spatial rhythm, deliberate details and lighting to create the right atmosphere and activate the gray space along the river in the direction of a new international city.
