WUXI TAIHU BAY INTERNATIONAL CULTURE AND ARTS CENTER, WUXI SYMPHONY HALL

Wuxi Taihu-Bay Cultural and Arts Center is located in Xinwu District in Wuxi, Jiangsu. It consists of a high-end international symphony music center and an art-exchange center. The symphony music center includes a 1500-seat symphony hall and a 500-seat concert hall. French poet Paul Verlaine once said, “Music, like moonlight, floats from the deep soul to the vast universe.” Inspired by the connection between moon and music, the design takes “Rising Moon on Taihu Lake” as the concept. With the creative cultural energy of music extending to every corner of the site, the project is aimed to be a must-see destination, a 24/7 hub of activity, and an engine for the social and financial well-being of the Wuxi Innovation District.
