CHANGXI SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (CHANGSHU) CO., LTD. NEW WAREHOUSE PROJECT

The project covers an area of nearly 484 mu. CBRE investment management invested about 600 million USD, to create more than 630,000 square meters of modern logistics facilities. The CBRE investment management has completed phase one. The 353,231-square-metre development features seven three-story warehouses with ramp access. Following the success of phase one, construction has also recently commenced on phase two which will add an additional 277,400 square meters, bringing the total development area to over 630,630 square meters. After completion, the project will become the largest logistics facility in the Asia-Pacific region, form a fashion industry cluster in East China.
