The 86-story building is comprised of 336-room Shangri-La Hotel, 172,740sm office and 5,930sm retail amenity, totaling 272,260sm. At L71 of the hotel terrace sits a world highest outdoor swimming pool which is up to 323m. The building ranks No. 18 among China’s skyscrapers and No. 37 worldwide. It is so far the highest building completed by both GP and CR Land.
