SHANGHAI BUSINESS PARK FACTORY AND AUXILIARY BUILDINGS PRELIMINARY DESIGN

he project is located in Caohejing Development Zone, Shanghai. Its main building functions are factory buildings and industrial (supporting services) houses. The core of the plan is the evenness of architecture and landscape, creating an atmosphere like survival and research in the park, and creating an overall park image with a general concept. Its texture is derived from the ancient examples in China. The water system and roads are staggered to form a concentric system. Each building has one side facing the landscape belt with the water system as the main body. The facade design uses the latest technology and standards, mainly metal, stone and glass, modern and distinctive, to ensure the long-term competitiveness of Shanghai Science and Technology Oasis.
