VANKE SIYOU CENTER

Our project sits on the edge of Zhujiang New Town CBD district, with a prime river view towards the heart of the city and a stunning sight of the Canton Tower in distance. Aside from its exceptional waterfront location, this area is also formerly known as Siyou Village, the birthplace of the Dragon Boats racing with a long history deeply rooted in the local culture. To celebrate the site’s exceptional waterfront location and its heritage of the Dragon Boats racing, our design incorporates water themes throughout, from paving to water features and from benches to trees, all of which “speak the language” of water. This unique aesthetic helps transform the site into a remarkable place that embodies the city’s cultural identity yet a cherished gathering spot for the locals.
