LIANTOU NINGYUE LIANGYUAN NURSING COMMUNITY

The project is located in the Science, Education, Health, and Wellness sector of the overall planning of the Wutong Lake Smart Health City. It is an internationally top-notch health and wellness destination that integrates health therapy, eldercare community living, and parent-child co-construction. The wellness community is not a “cage”; the growth of the community requires integration with the city, and the community is an important characteristic supporting facility of the future city. The project is designed with the core concept of “sunshine, nature, vitality, openness aline with culture”. The overall planning highlights three major features: “strolling”, “interest”, and “activity”. The layout adopts a “dual-axis, multi-core” form, realizing the orderly integration of commercial blocks and wellness communities, weakening community boundaries, and enhancing the openness of the community to the city.
