QINGDAO “EXPERIENCE NATURE VIEW TIDE” HOMESTAY PROJECT DESIGN

The project is located in Qingdao Laoshan Scenic Area and is based on the existing buildings. The base has a unique sea view, and the base has a shape that opens to the sea, providing a maximized visual surface for viewing the sea. The vertical elevation of the base presents a gradually descending pattern on the side facing the sea, which also provides sight lines at different heights for viewing the sea. The sea is on the north side of the base, providing a permanent bright sea surface for Qingdao, which is located north of the Tropic of Cancer. The most important purpose of the design of this case is to maximize the use of sea views and organize the internal space at the same time. It provides people who arrive here with an excellent sea view experience while still having enough possibilities for sightseeing inside.
