WONDERLAND SPORTS CENTRE, HANGZHOU

This project is located at the forefront of the Liangzhu Cultural Area, the birthplace of Chinese history and culture. It is a large-scale development project with mixed functions, including office, serviced apartment, hotel, commercial space, and cultural facility. The design aims to layer and stack the volumes of these different functional areas to create a high-rise mixed-use tower with second and third ground surface functions, forming a three-dimensional city. Additionally, the project actively restores abandoned waterways, preserves wetlands with landscape value, and connects integrated open spaces at the base of the tower to the riverside area, creating a starting point for urban activities and adding high added value to enhance the overall project quality.
