AMOR AT THE WEST

The construction site of this project is located in Xujing Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai, west of Gaojing Road and north of Xunan Road. It has high-quality natural resources and a good surrounding environment, and the land is rich in natural water systems. There are residential areas such as Jiuwan and Shiba Islands in the western suburbs and Zijun in the western suburbs nearby. The A9 highway to the south can quickly reach Hongqiao International Airport and Hongqiao Hub. Its geographical location, natural environment, and transportation conditions are all quite advantageous. The land area of Panlongyuan Phase I project is approximately 158055 square meters. The terrain within the base is flat and the construction conditions are relatively ideal. There are 28 completed main structure villa buildings in the base.
