RIVER PALACE GUANGZHOU

The project is located in Lijiao District, Haizhu District. It is the intersection of the urban axis of Guangzhou and the waterfront innovation industrial belt of the the Pearl River Rear Channel, and the core area of Guangzhou’s development. The overall land use of the project is relatively small, and it is divided into two parts along the river. The southern area is the exhibition center and the flat floor of the river, while the northern area is seven high-rise mansions with skyline river views. In terms of spatial form, the the Pearl River is gradually upward from front to back, making full use of the magnificent river scenery, while the facade also becomes a vertical extension of the landscape. The overall layout is well-organized, forming a skyline that blends with nature and the city. The creation of the whole the Pearl River Back Channel is also the beginning of the high-end residence of China Shipping in Guangzhou.
