LOVI CENTER

Lovi Center is a mixed-use development located to the south of the ancient city Xi’an. The 229,000sqm development comprises of a shopping mall, a mixed use tower of grade A office and 5-star hotel and a headquarter office tower. An ‘Urban Oasis’ is created by integrating natural rhythm into the urban fabric and introducing a layered vertical green experience throughout the podium and public spaces. The project is filled with 100% natural greenery extending from podiums, seasonal-themed gardens to the greenbelt, marking itself a people-centric development with abundance of public amenities. The design language extends to the towers’ elegant form conceptualised as the ‘City of Flower’. The immersive experience consists of digital + traditional art and nature, delivering an interactive and inspiring journey for visitors. The biophilic design and expressive use of colours contrast Xi’an’s monochrome urban image, creating a benchmark of experiential retail and lifestyle destination.
