CRLAND HANGZHOU THE MIXC
“I believe that the presence of space should evoke a response that allows you to see, touch and listen.” — Kerry Hil. We wanted to tell the story of Liangzhu and the Canal in a light and abstract way. The focus is to stimulate curiosity and cognitive imagination, lengthen the time dimension to pause and relax, let people get a respite in the busy and high-pressure rhythm of life, and achieve the relaxation of urban micro-vacation. The landscape is designed to maximize the spatial experience by carefully studying the horizontal pedestrian flow. At the same time, it can show the expression of water to the extreme, so that people can directly touch plants while sitting, standing and walking, and maximize the closeness to nature, shape the flow boundary, and continue the spirit of the place.
