Re-imagine, re-use, sensitive renovation triggered MDO’s contemplation of this project and led the original site to redefine itself.
Continuing its resort-like architectural syntax, MDO investigated a new visual poetics in dialogue with the surroundings and the new functional strategy of the site, which was originally the Meishi Golf Club, surrounded by trees and a blue lake. The partial renovation has revolutionized a unique and luxurious club-hotel-style sales office, transforming it into an ideal place for international vacations and business meetings.
