The SCT Gulfstream Center is a 99.85m-high office tower amidst other soaring structures in Baoan, Shenzhen’s burgeoning business district. A series of strategically positioned interlocking boxes, tiered terraces, and vertical fins creates its visually distinctive structure. Designed with meticulous craftsmanship and thoughtful design, the two distinct interlocking blocks have different shades, creating a visual contrast. The vertical fins, varying in depth and strategically placed along the facade, serve to accentuate the architectural composition. Terraces of various shapes and forms boast vertical greenery, offering a serene urban respite. Providing panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay from its southeastern corner, the building brings together indoor and outdoor realms, connecting occupants to the waterfront vista and the lively plaza below.
