The Guiyang CR Jiuyue Community is located at the former site of the Provincial Sports Stadium in Nanming Old Town, Guiyang, adjacent to the core area of the urban gateway of Guiyang Railway Station surrounded by People’s Avenue and Liberation Road. The planning structure of Jiuyue Community is a enclosed layout, creating a surrounding overall garden. The two entrances, east and west, are connected to form the landscape axis and the park’s circular travel route, forming a roaming scene space. An elevated floor is set up at the bottom of the tower, which can serve as the lobby of the clubhouse and an all-weather interactive space. With warm colors, it creates a warm home path. Establish distinct spatial characteristics of places at three spatial scales: proximity, neighborhood, and city, to enrich the urban spatial experience.
