The project is located at the intersection of Chengbei Road and Jiangbin North Road in Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province. It is a highly mature area in the city, adjacent to Yiwu Central Business District and International Trade Zone, and only a street away from Jiangbin Park, with abundant ecological resources. The planned land is very narrow and elongated, divided into 5 plots by two urban roads and two pedestrian roads. Faced with such conditions, the team adopted a strategy of embracing the city with architecture and activating urban space. Opening up the ground floor and giving it back to the city; bringing in commerce and pedestrian flow to create a city-friendly community.
