URBAN DESIGN REFINEMENT OF HONGQIAO QIANWAN AREA

Hongqiao Qianwan focuses on 10 square kilometres of development area, with the concept of ‘Infinite City, Future Qianwan’, to create a city of the future with infinite possibilities, and build a composite city structure of ‘one bay, one core, four hearts and four axes’. ‘A bay to attract the Su River forms the C-shaped Qianwan Park; around the park, a 2-square-kilometre nucleus of vitality is created in the Central Activity Zone; relying on the four rail transit stations, TOD development clusters are formed; and the four urban axes extend the infinite vitality of the Central Activity Zone outward.
