SHANGHAI GUOHUA FINANCIAL CENTRE

The project site is located on the North Bund of Hongkou, Shanghai. During the design and construction process of the Shanghai Guohua Financial Center project, the influence of the center in sustainable development was demonstrated from four aspects: unbounded sharing, green consumption, diversity and flexibility, and space as a service. By combining the five dimensional and three dimensional logical analysis method, adopting strategies such as co creation and symbiosis, green consumption, and future life scene experience, guided by ESG goals, we aim to create a landmark level boutique commercial space destination in Hongkou District through rich and diverse life scene shaping.
