UNIPARK

UniPark is a retail-led development located in the heart of Jinan, uniquely within a primarily residential area.
The concept is inspired by the idea of a ‘Dreamscape’ – bringing imagination and possibilities to the forefront. Delivering an ever-changing experience, the design aims to capture the attention of a new generation and the young families residing in the district.
The journey through the development follows a series of experiential spaces, from the ‘Magic Garden’ atrium which experiments with architectural artistry and kinetic technology, to “Instagrammable” social stairs and immersive, themed washrooms. The development captivates its audience with its collection of places, going beyond retail to integrate an entertainment hub, lifestyle centre, cultural village and more.
UniPark shows the possibilities of experiential design for family, youth and children – a surprise around every corner and a place that urges you to explore, engage, discover and re-visit time and again.
