TIANJIN LONGFOR ORIGIN

The project is located in Meijiang, Tianjin. The overall planning focuses on the core nodes of urban transportation, integrates modern residential and commercial formats, and integrates into the TOD development model.
Buildings grow and change in cities, changing them, and being influenced by them. We attempt to use the unity and local expression of region and context to extract and embed image vocabularies such as “ships, ark” originated from coastal cities, and use “cruise ships sailing in green valleys and forests” as a spatial clue to redefine the city skyline through undulating vertical curves, echoing the port culture of Tianjin’s maritime gateway.
