SHENZHEN HUAIDE URBAN RENEWAL COMPLEX

The project is located in the urban village area of Baoan District, Shenzhen, with convenient transportation, 3 kilometers away from Baoan International Airport and Fenghuang Mountain Forest Park, and about 6 kilometers away from Airport New City. It is located in the core area of the Golden Triangle of “industry, hub and ecology” in the west of Shenzhen. The total GFA is over 418,000 square meters, including a 6-story shopping mall of 180,000 square meters and nine 100-meter towers. The project connects the two parks and the surrounding plots through landscape bridge and aerial corridor, and creates a green valley concept on the roof, integrating culture, leisure and sports, and creating an aerial urban park with the concept as “Where the clouds were thick, there stood some abodes” for people living and lifestyle in the city.
