BEIJING GREAT HABITAT LOMO

The Great Habitat Link is located in Shunyi District, Beijing. PerForm design team aims to combine the social space and the commercial space organically. In the vertical dimension, the floor is staggered to enrich the hierarchy and experience, a curved courtyard is created in the air to provide interactive perception. At the same time, a three story high side atrium space is set up facing the north main road. The transparent facade effect blurs the indoor and outdoor boundaries, creating a good interaction between the shopping crowd and the city, making it a city reception hall with a strong sense of indication and belonging.
