SUDI 2021-WG-65 PLOT

The project is located in Huanxiu Lake, Suzhou High-speed Rail New Town, including a 250m skyscraper office building and six 150m super high-rise residential buildings. The basic design issue is to create a high-end office, hotel and residential community with Singapore characteristics. The garden city life and holiday feeling could refresh the local living experience. Therefore the project will become the city’s new landmark. The design of the office hotel is inspired by the way water drops from the sky and spreads across the ground. The residential building modernizes the concept of sails at the top, and the concept of flowing water at the facade surface. The architects use large and pure glass curtain walls and 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, which matches the high-end luxury characteristics of the project.
